Scope of Position The Spa Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner . Spa concierge reports to Spa Operation Supervisor. Requirements University or post-graduate diploma is required           Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.    Must be self-motivated Must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure. Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude and spa knowledge Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel. Must have knowledge of current spa trends in the industry Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well-being of all guests in a spa environment Must be open to learning about treatments and concepts that derive from other cultures To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected of all spa colleagues. To be adaptable and accountable for all actions Consistently strive for a higher level of achievement both personally and professionally Must takes into account levels of service, buying styles, ages and demographics of guests. 康樂(lè)中心接待 1.Always maintain efficient service and pleasant mood, greet guests warmly upon arrival. 始終保持高效的服務(wù)和愉悅的心情，在客人到來(lái)時(shí)熱情問(wèn)候。 2.Be familiar with the information of all members and guests of the recreation department, understand the interests of guests, provide targeted services, and maintain customer relations. 熟悉康樂(lè)部所有會(huì)員客人資料，了解客人的興趣愛(ài)好，提供針對(duì)性的服務(wù)，維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系。 3.Check the shift record, understand the handover of the last shift, and be responsible for handing. 查看交班記錄，了解上一班的移交事項(xiàng)，并負(fù)責(zé)處理。 4.Handle the daily department report, assist the supervisor to handle the monthly report, attendance, department inventory, etc. 處理日常部門(mén)報(bào)表，協(xié)助上級(jí)處理月度報(bào)表、考勤、部門(mén)盤(pán)點(diǎn)等工作。 崗位要求 1. More than 1 year working experience in the same position is preferred. 1年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。 2. familiar with the hotel's customer service requirements. 熟悉掌握酒店對(duì)客服務(wù)的要求。 3. professional and responsible, civilized behavior. 有事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，行為舉止文明禮貌。

水療前臺(tái)實(shí)習(xí)生，形象良好，流利的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力 實(shí)習(xí)期自2025年1月起，至少半年

1、負(fù)責(zé)場(chǎng)地的衛(wèi)生工作，包管情形潔凈，整潔 2、將各類(lèi)用過(guò)的物品分類(lèi)送至指定的地點(diǎn)擺放，并及時(shí)補(bǔ)充 3、及時(shí)向客戶毛巾等物品的傳遞 4、看護(hù)泳池 5、完成上級(jí)交派的其它工作義務(wù) 6、會(huì)游泳
