Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1.To greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
?歡迎客人來(lái)到酒店,為客人辦理入住手續(xù)。
2.To ensure that guest check out arrangements are in order, abide to the cashiering policies & standards, and to bid the guests farewell.
?確保用酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序?yàn)榭腿宿k理退房手續(xù)并歡送客人。
3.To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
?解決客人的投訴,回答客人的問(wèn)題,滿足客人的需要,并詳細(xì)記錄下來(lái)。對(duì)于不能滿足的問(wèn)題,要及時(shí)跟進(jìn).
4.To maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested.
?給客人提供最新的旅游信息,各旅游景點(diǎn)的資訊,必要時(shí)客人預(yù)定行程。
Job Specs 職位要求
1.1-2 years working experience with same position in Brand Hotel
?一至兩年同等崗位品牌酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.Excellent English language skills
?優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)技能。
3.Good customer relations skills
?良好的處理客戶關(guān)系技巧。
4.Positive outgoing personality
?性格積極外向。
