Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for maintaining order of the reception areas/lounges
-Be responsible for making new bookings and communicating accordinglywith protocols
-Be responsible for check in and check out procedures, plus answeringguest inquiries regarding the spa experience in person, on the phone, or viaemail, plus booking treatments, membership programs and billingprocedures.?
-Be responsible for helping guests select and purchase products andprepare packaging options.?
-Be responsible for reviewing and updating guest history data
-Helpguests understand membership programs, Work with the team to achieve the bestcustomer experience
-Sharein driving of sales and revenue

Requirements:
-Being computer literate and willing to learn new hardware and softwareskills is essential.
-Experience in a reception job. And/or guest personnel position withminimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a hotel or spa.
-Infinity.
-Fluent in English both written and spoken.

職位要求:
-熟悉電腦并愿意學習新的系統(tǒng)及軟件。
-至少兩年以上接待工作經(jīng)驗,有酒店或SPA工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
-有親和力
-英語可進行一定的溝通(口語及書面)。
