? Ensure security and confidentiality of all departments’ file.
確保所有部門內(nèi)部文件的保密和安全。
? Handles and directs all inquiries to the appropriate person.
處理所有需求并指派給合適的人員解決。
? Coordinates with colleagues and representative of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication, to and from the department assignment.
與其他部門同事的協(xié)調(diào),確保與其他部門保持良好的溝通。
