2. Establish department strategic plan and lead department via specific action steps to achieve financial and quality goals.

3. Review all Corporate Group / Incentive Group and Catering Contracts prior to client approval.

4. Periodically accompany Catering Sales on-site inspections, client appointments and menu tasting to ensure consistency in client satisfaction and quality standards.

5. Direct day to day catering/convention activities / MICE groups, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 職位要求
1. 5 years working experience with same position in Brand Hotel
5年同等崗位品牌酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
與出色的溝通協(xié)商技巧相結(jié)合的優(yōu)秀的行政執(zhí)行能力
3. Ability to supervise and strongly motivate sales professionals is a must
