    【職責(zé)內(nèi)容】 職責(zé)說明 1、在公司經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行市場調(diào)查和反饋,確立和 調(diào)整公司定位與發(fā)展方向 2、與合作上建立良好的業(yè)務(wù)合作關(guān)系,發(fā)展與培養(yǎng)合作關(guān) 系,開展運營項目的推廣工作; 3、合理配置資源,進(jìn)行有效的團(tuán)隊績效管理,保證計劃的有效執(zhí)行; 4、能夠組織和支持各地市場主管按公司方案完成開發(fā)和扶持任務(wù)。 職位要求 1、年齡28-50歲,8年以上美容行業(yè)運營工作經(jīng)驗; 2、有企業(yè)管理及人事行政工作經(jīng)驗,具有出色的計劃、協(xié)調(diào)和實施能力,優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)能力、決策能力以 及復(fù)雜問題處理能力; 3、精通營銷策劃,具有專業(yè)的美容養(yǎng)生知識 4、對工作有激情并富有創(chuàng)新意識,能承受較大的工作壓力 2,業(yè)務(wù)職責(zé)  (1)負(fù)責(zé)所轄區(qū)域?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品技術(shù)問題的解答,維護(hù)、宣傳公司品牌與形象,傳達(dá)公司的各類政策; (2)協(xié)助代理健全、完善品牌小組成員,更好地推廣公司品牌; (3)協(xié)助所轄區(qū)域代理商的終端會、沙龍會、招商會等會議實施; (4)收集代表性顧客案例、代理商、加盟店,并及時提報至上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo); (5)協(xié)助代理商、加盟店做好開業(yè)前的籌備、宣傳及駐店扶持等工作; (6)負(fù)責(zé)所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)各種促銷活動的推廣和執(zhí)行,及時匯總市場動態(tài)信息,并提報至上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。 3,市場管理 (1)收集、整理市場對公司的建議和投訴,協(xié)助跟進(jìn)、解決投訴事宜; (2)協(xié)助開展新代理商、加盟店的前期維護(hù),及對重要代理商、加盟店長期緊密的客情關(guān)懷工作; (3)負(fù)責(zé)所轄區(qū)域的代理商、加盟店的管理工作,對客戶檔案進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析、信用評級等工作; (4)負(fù)責(zé)將公司目標(biāo)任務(wù)分解,向區(qū)域代理商、加盟店傳達(dá)公司的各項運營事件,承擔(dān)公司下達(dá)的所轄區(qū)域業(yè)績?nèi)蝿?wù)責(zé)任; (5)監(jiān)督所轄區(qū)域代理商、加盟店對我司品牌的推崇度及回款、出貨、竄貨等情況; (6)積極配合公司的會議活動安排,做好邀約通知等。 4,團(tuán)隊管理  負(fù)責(zé)所轄區(qū)域銷售團(tuán)隊美導(dǎo)工作的落實、管理和考核等工作,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊完成任務(wù)。 需有同等崗位經(jīng)驗。提成獎金另算哈 職位標(biāo)簽 分紅,年終獎,公積金,旅游,購買商業(yè)險,節(jié)假日福利,社保,帶薪年假,公司產(chǎn)品福利,崗前培訓(xùn)

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要職責(zé) 1.
