MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
Reportingto the General Manager, the Director of Rooms will be responsible for overseeingthe day-to-day operations front office and guest activity department for SALTof Anji, developing and managing the department budget to ensure that financialgoals are met. The incumbent will also be responsible to handle Guest feedbackand ensure excellent levels of Guest satisfaction and Team Members satisfaction.
房務(wù)總監(jiān)向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào),負(fù)責(zé)督導(dǎo)安吉鹽絢酒店前廳部和賓客活動(dòng)部的日常運(yùn)營(yíng),制定和管理部門預(yù)算,以確保實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)。任職者還將負(fù)責(zé)處理賓客反饋并確保賓客滿意度和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員滿意度達(dá)到優(yōu)異水平。
ACADEMICQUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
???????Tertiaryeducation at Advanced?Diploma or Degree Level in Tourism or majoring inHospitality Management from a recognised institution.
來(lái)自認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)的旅游高級(jí)文憑或?qū)W位水平的高等教育或酒店管理專業(yè)。
???????Postgraduatequalifications would be a definite advantage.

PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
A minimum of 10 years of
working experience in the hospitality industry preferably at managerial
level.
至少10年酒店業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好是管理級(jí)別的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
A minimum of 2 years of
working experience in similar Management positions or similar role in a 5
star luxury resort.
至少 2 年在五星級(jí)豪華度假村擔(dān)任類似管理職位或類似角色的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
International working
experience with well-known brands would be a definite advantage.
有國(guó)際知名酒店品牌工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Background in Front Office
and Butler services will be an advantage.
有前臺(tái)和管家服務(wù)背景者優(yōu)先。
?? Pre-opening resort experience as a departmenthead is required.

A clean criminal record is
