    崗位職責 1、?與銷售團隊成員合作,根據(jù)需要提供行業(yè)/客戶特定服務。 2、?在活動前規(guī)劃過程中,請咨詢會議策劃人員,以確定最佳會議室配置、會議/休息流程建議、3、每天與每位會議策劃人員會面、匯報每日活動、查看消費、賬單以及合同開票和審核最終結(jié)算估算的任何例外情況。 4、計劃并與客戶和餐飲人員舉行會前會議,以確定改善客戶體驗的方法。 5、根據(jù)情況分配作為聯(lián)系點,立即提供幫助,以便快速滿足客戶的需求并確保其活動順利進行。 6、監(jiān)督事后呼叫的組織和反饋調(diào)查的收集,并跟進客戶以獲取事件反饋并識別進一步的商業(yè)機會。 崗位要求 1、該崗位任職性別不限,年齡40周歲以下,男性身高1.70米以上,女性身高1.60米以上,容貌端莊,形象、氣質(zhì)佳。 2、市場營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學歷或具備同等學力水平。 3、普通話標準,有較強的語言、文字表達能力。 4、2至5年的酒店行業(yè)或相關(guān)服務行業(yè)會議規(guī)劃相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,所需的經(jīng)驗類型和級別可能會根據(jù)操作的大小和復雜程度而略有不同。
