MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
Manage the resort’s
Housekeeping and Laundry Teams whilst ensuring the effective and smooth
day-to-day operations of the department in order to exceed Guest,
inter-departmental and Team Members’ expectations.
管理度假村的客房部和洗衣房團(tuán)隊(duì),確保部門的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)有效和順利,同時(shí)能夠超出客人、部門間和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的期望。
Ensure that
occupied and vacant rooms, as well as public areas, have been efficiently
cleaned and serviced according to the brand’s standards.
確保續(xù)住房、空房和公共區(qū)域能夠根據(jù)集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行有效的清潔及服務(wù)。
Ensure compliance
to Health & Safety regulations and Brand’s Standard Operating
Procedures.
確保符合健康安全條例及集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的操作程序。
Conduct daily
housekeeping operations meetings, including pre-shift briefings, as well
as attend and co-facilitate monthly departmental meetings.
召開(kāi)每日客房部運(yùn)營(yíng)會(huì)議,包括但不限于各個(gè)班次簡(jiǎn)會(huì)。同時(shí)需要參加并協(xié)助月度部門會(huì)議。
Efficiently handle
Guests queries and concerns and follow through on required actions.
有效解決客人的疑問(wèn)和顧慮,并跟進(jìn)后續(xù)所需行動(dòng)。
Develop knowledge
and competencies of subordinates by providing on-the-job training and
coaching.
通過(guò)提供在職培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo),發(fā)展提升團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的知識(shí)和能力。
Actively
participate in the preparation of budgets and manage the costs of the housekeeping
operations.
積極參與成本預(yù)算和管理客房部運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
At least Higher
School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
大專以上學(xué)歷或同等學(xué)歷。
Tertiary education
at Advanced Certificate Level or Diploma majoring in Hotel Management,
Tourism Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognised
institution
酒店管理專業(yè),旅游管理專業(yè)的高等教育證書或?qū)?莆膽{,或認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的同等資格證書。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
A minimum of 10
years of working experience in the Housekeeping Department of a 5-star
resort.
擁有在五星級(jí)度假村酒店客房部10年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
A minimum of 2
years of working experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or 4 years
of working experience as Head Housekeeper, preferably in a 5 star resort.
擁有兩年以上客房經(jīng)理助理經(jīng)驗(yàn),或是四年以上行政管家經(jīng)驗(yàn),五星級(jí)度假村酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
International
exposure in a 5-star resort or hotel would be an advantage.
有國(guó)際五星級(jí)度假村及酒店的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)是加分項(xiàng)
Pre-opening resort experience as a department head is required.
作為部門主管,度假村籌備開(kāi)業(yè)經(jīng)歷是必備的資質(zhì)。

A clean criminal
