MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
The principal accountabilities and Key Result Areas of theincumbent will be as follows:

????????Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of HumanResources Department.?

???????Plan and manage the recruitmentand selection of Team Members at the hotel.
規(guī)劃和管理酒店團隊成員的招聘和選拔。
??????? Establishand maintain excellent employment relations to improve work relationships,build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
建立并維持良好的雇傭紐帶,以改善工作關(guān)系、鼓舞士氣、提高勞動生產(chǎn)力和保持低離職率。
???????Maintain a suitable climate of associates relations to achieve operatinggoals. Ensure all local and government legislation and HR Policy and Procedureis strictly adhered to.
建立良好的員工關(guān)系以完成酒店目標,保證嚴格執(zhí)行所有本地政府及人力資源政策;
???????Coordinate with all departments to advise line management and associateson all Human Resources matters.
同各部門有效溝通,為部門經(jīng)理及員工提供人力資源方面建議。
??????? Work closely with TrainingAcademy and the Quality Assurance & Training function to drive learning and developmentactivities for Team Members.
與培訓(xùn)學(xué)院以及質(zhì)量保證和培訓(xùn)職能部門密切合作,推動團隊成員的學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展活動。
??????? Respondin a courteous and professional manner to the Team Members’ queries and provideassistance.
以平易近人的態(tài)度和專業(yè)的方式回答團隊成員的疑問并提供幫助。
??????? Coach andcounsel Team Members.
指導(dǎo)和勸誡團隊成員。
?ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
??Tertiary Education at Degree level in HumanResources Management or Management from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
來自認可機構(gòu)的人力資源管理或管理學(xué)位水平的高等教育或同等資格。
?? Postgraduatequalifications would constitute a definite advantage.
擁有研究生學(xué)歷將形成明顯的優(yōu)勢。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
??????? A minimumof 5 years of workingexperience in the Human Resources field.
至少 5年人力資源領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗。
??????? Robustwork experience in the hospitality industry would constitute a definiteadvantage.
酒店業(yè)豐富的工作經(jīng)驗將構(gòu)成一定的優(yōu)勢。
??Pre-opening experience wouldconstitute a definite advantage.
擁有酒店籌開經(jīng)驗將形成明顯的優(yōu)勢。
