1. Determines operational policies and standards on all Food & Beverage matters of hotel level.

Job Specs 職位要求
1. Education Background: University Degree or Diploma Holder. Technical course in F&B management.
學(xué)歷:大學(xué)畢業(yè) 餐飲管理課程
2. Experience: At least?5 years working experience in a similar position in 5 star hotel.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):至少5年以上五星酒店相關(guān)工作崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Skills: Very good English skills (written & verbal) Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages, including Spreadsheet programs.
