Handling of guests complaints in a timely and effective manner
及時(shí)有效地處理客人投訴
Checking of guests’satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up
檢查客人滿意度,處理投訴并跟進(jìn)
Assist the Bar Manager in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to bar employees
協(xié)助酒吧經(jīng)理召開每個(gè)班次的班前例會(huì),向酒吧員工更新和傳達(dá)相關(guān)信息
Assist to promote beverage sales and increase beverage revenue.
協(xié)助推銷酒水,提升酒水收入。
Reduce waste and control costs.

Requirement崗位要求
Have rich knowledge of beverage,familiar with the process of beverage production.
具有豐富的酒水知識(shí),熟悉店內(nèi)所售飲品的制作流程。
Good presentation skill and learning ability.
