1、Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa& Hot Spring area are Carried out with?utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
? ? ?確保通過有效的管理使得水療溫泉部的所有服務(wù)都能達到最大的專業(yè)及效率;
2、Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
? ? ? 監(jiān)督及管理所有日常運作事項;
3、Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
? ? ? 保持及加強良好內(nèi)外關(guān)系達到客人滿意度;
4、Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they do the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
? ? ? 監(jiān)督部門服務(wù)標準,確保達到或超出客人所預(yù)期的;
5、Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
? ? ?參與準備部門年度預(yù)算;
6、Ensure that expenses are in line, or below with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
? ? ?確保部門開支得當,嚴格控制部門預(yù)算及成本,減少支出;
7、Ensure all subordinates present a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.
? ? ?確保員工向客人傳達專業(yè)的印象和友善的氣質(zhì)增加滿意度;
8、Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development and through effective counseling.
? ? ?關(guān)心員工福利、安全、培訓(xùn)、發(fā)展及通過有效交流,建立效能、多產(chǎn)的員工團隊;
9、Ensure that all associates have complete understanding of the Spa&Hot Spring and Hotel's policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
? ? ?確保員工對溫泉部門及酒店的規(guī)章制度、政策、程序都全面的了解;?
10、Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular “refresher” course for existing associates.
? ? ?為新員工進行入職培訓(xùn)課程;對現(xiàn)有員工定期做進修課程。
【Knowledge and Experience 知識和經(jīng)驗】
· College and above
? 大專及以上
· 5 Years of related experience
? 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗5年及以上
· Good local and English language skills
? 良好的地方和英語語言技能
· Strong organizational skills
? 強大的組織技能
· Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,鼓勵和發(fā)展個人合作
· Sound administrative ability
? 健全的行政能力
· Able to handle demanding workload
