To provide owner VIP guests with full butler
services throughout the guest stay and ensuring the guest experiences
through a professional and personalized service from pre-arrival
departure from the resort. All preferences and requests are attended to
in a courteous and efficient manner as per resort standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for assigned luxury suite occupant, anticipating guest preference and needs throughout the guest stay
負責服務指定奢華套房的客人,在客人入住期間,預見客人的喜好和需求。
Ensure
all data and preferences of the guest is retrieved prior to arrival,
when required contact guest’s assistant or other to collect further
information.
確保在客人入住前獲取客人的喜好信息及數(shù)據(jù),如有必要,可以聯(lián)系客人的助理或他人收集更多的信息。
Ensure the suite is prepared and ready as per guest preference prior to arrival.
確保在客人入住前已經(jīng)根據(jù)客人的喜好精心地將套房準備好。
Greet
the luxury suite guest at the Porte Cochere, extending a warm and
personalized welcome and escort the guest directly to the suite.
在車道門口為奢華套房的客人提供熱情、個性化的歡迎儀式,陪同客人前往套房。
Carry out in-room check in.
房內(nèi)辦理入住手續(xù)。
Attend to guest luggage and belongings as per guest preference in un packing storage and other.
根據(jù)客人的喜好整理好客人的行李。
Handle and prepare guest dry cleaning or laundry as per guest requests

all guest preferences and requests are noted and communicated to the
rest of the butler team ensuring all butlers are able to carry out
personalized service to the guest throughout the stay

SUMMARY OF POSITION
職位概括
The position of the Executive Club Guest Relation Officer is considered as the employee line level of Front Office. It provides spontaneous services and handles all guest services activities in the Executive Club in accordance with objectives, performance and Core Standard established by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
行政樓層賓客關系員屬于前廳部的一線員工,根據(jù)四季酒店的目標、績效、核心標準,積極主動地提供服務來滿足客人的各項需求。
Assist with guests of the exclusive Club Lounge with arrangements within and outside the Resort. Provide food and beverage service and set-up the service for the guests of the Club Lounge. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
為所有行政樓層的客人提供于酒店內(nèi)外的餐飲和其他安排,并且有效地、禮貌地、專業(yè)地回答客人的問題,從而使客人的入住滿意度達到最大化。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS?
職位要求
Must be willing to perform shift work.
愿意接受輪班。
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Chinese and English Language.
熟練運用中英文的口語、閱讀和寫作。
Familiar with the core standards, room operation standards, policies and procedures of Four Seasons Hotel.
