總則
§? 按要求出席所有的酒店/部門會議。
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
§? 確保隨時提供所需的服務(wù),并按照部門營運手冊的要求提供快捷、持續(xù)、禮貌且符合標準的服務(wù)。
Ensure efficiency, excellence and consistence of department serviceaccording to standard laid down by Departmental Operations Manual.
§? 始終提供禮貌且專業(yè)的服務(wù)。
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
§? 保持對酒店產(chǎn)品知識、當(dāng)前推廣、政策改變的最新了解及保持高效的內(nèi)部溝通。
Ensures all associates maintain up-to-date awareness of Hotel productknowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
§? 按時參加酒店及部門的培訓(xùn),以提高技能和知識。
Attends hotel and Department training sessions as scheduled to improveskills and knowledge.
§? 以禮貌、高效的方式處理客人的要求,如果不能馬上找到解決辦法,則立即向人力資源部主任進行匯報。
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficientmanner, report to HR Officer Complaints or problems if no immediate solutioncan be found.
§? 熟悉并嚴格遵守員工手冊中的規(guī)章制度,及酒店關(guān)于防火、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全的制度。
Be knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrialrelations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations establishedin the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene andhealth & safety.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good workingrelationships.
