Engineering resolve defect of facility and equipment.

與居住在員工公寓的其它企業(yè)的負(fù)責(zé)人保持聯(lián)系,確保其員工依照凱悅的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用和維持員工公寓內(nèi)、外之正常秩序(如:走廊、草場(chǎng)及外圍的清潔等)。

outside unit who live in Associate Residence, ensure their associate can obey

安排人員每月按時(shí)抄、報(bào)公寓水電記錄于財(cái)務(wù)部和業(yè)主方。
Arrange Associate Residence Attendant take
record of usage of water and electricity in Associate Residence, submit the
record to Finance and owner on time.

Handle check in & check out procedure
for new hire, transfer and resignation.

Prepare monthly expense record and submit to

Prepare monthly record which includes
movement in Associate Residence, check in & check out Associate in the month,
disciplinary record and Associate activity information each month, then submit
to Director of Human Resources.
