崗位職責(zé):
1、專業(yè)并高效的負(fù)責(zé)并監(jiān)督相應(yīng)領(lǐng)域的烹飪員工
To professionally and productively carry out duties and supervise culinary associates in designated areas as assigned
2、根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序,菜譜,照片和所給的信息準(zhǔn)備和烹飪食物。
Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions
3、參與員工的控制管理,員工的發(fā)展和控制食品質(zhì)量,味道,呈現(xiàn)和要求
Participates in the control of associates, associate’s development and control of food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition
4、在相應(yīng)領(lǐng)域的廚房里,對烹飪員工的監(jiān)督工作要到位,并時刻使之保持五星級的操作水準(zhǔn)
The supervision of culinary associates within the designated kitchen operation as assigned, ensuring a five star product is achieved at all times.
崗位要求:
1、至少2年的五星級酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least has 2years kitchen experience in 5 star Hotel
2、有創(chuàng)造力,積極的工作態(tài)度,并樂意學(xué)習(xí)
Creative, Positive attitude to work and a willingness to learn
