Job Discription 崗位職責
1.In charge of the whole department working,conduct and manage daily operation.
? 主持康體部工作;實施各經營項目;提供經營與日常管理的方案。
2.Daily inspect each postion and all equipments to make sure operation.
?巡視各營業(yè)網點和各種設備,確保營業(yè)的正常進行。
3.Train heartists all time and make out related management system to make sure service.
對員工進行培訓,并制定相關管理規(guī)范,保證服務質量。
4.Deal with guest complains to keep relations between hotel and guests
處理重大賓客投訴,盡量滿足賓客要求,維護酒店利益。
5.Be Respponsible for revenue and try best to expand more members
對康樂中心會員收入完成負責,并努力拓展會員
