1.To engage in food and beverage service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.

2.To have thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.

3.Liases with the kitchen, stewarding and bars? in operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
? 與廚房,管事部,酒吧,及工程部等相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)以確保每日運營順利進行。
4.To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
