TheRole 崗位職責(zé):
1.Provides aprofessional, advisory and executive support to the GM in meeting strategicgoals.

2.Plans and developsmarketing strategies and promotion plans with Marcom and Revenue Director.

3.To achieve revenuegoals by developing and implementing proper sales and marketing strategies.

4.Design a system toobtain data from market place which can be instrumental in developing new salesstrategies – competitive activities and developments.

7.Assessing sellingopportunities within the Sales and Catering capacity, work with and assist withother portfolios i.e. F&B through marketing channels, Public Relationscampaigns to the corporate sectors, on F&B promotions or other similarpromotions from other portfolios/departments.

9.Develop andimplement disciplined a prescribed routing of patterns in covering territoryand accounts to achieve high penetration of the market share.

10.To establishsales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures andrecommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.

11.Manages guest relationsand client services including guest and client needs, product and serviceknowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and guest and clientfeedback to ensure future repeat and new business.

12.To increaseoccupancy, average rate and profits of the hotel through planning, guidance,and training of hotel sales personnel.

TalentProfile任職資格:
1.Min 2-3 years’experience for same position
