MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
·??????Plan,implement, and supervise the day-to-day operations related to the safety andsecurity of Guests, Team Members, Contractors, and Visitors at the resort.
規(guī)劃、實施和監(jiān)督與度假村賓客、團隊成員、承包商和游客安全相關的日常運營。
·??????Managethe security team, the security systems as well as the security policies andprocedures.
管理安全團隊、安全系統以及安全策略和程序。
·??????Developthe knowledge and competencies of Security Team Members by organising andfacilitating on-the-job training and coaching sessions.
通過組織和促進在職培訓和輔導課程，發(fā)展安全團隊成員的知識和能力。
·??????Overseeand advise Management on all security-related matters across the resort.
就整個度假村的所有安全相關事宜進行監(jiān)督并為管理層提供建議。
·??????Communicateefficiently and effectively with the Police Force and other related bodies,such as emergency services and local authorities, regarding security matters.
就安全事務與公安部門和其他相關機構（例如緊急服務部門和地方當局）進行高效和有效的溝通。
·??????Developand implement security policies, protocols and procedures.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
·??????Atleast a Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
至少具有高中學歷證書或同等資格。
·??????TertiaryEducation at Advanced Certificate or Diploma Level in Security Management orequivalent qualifications from a recognised institution.
安全管理高級證書或文憑級別的高等教育或認可機構的同等資格。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
??????? A minimum of 10 years ofworking experience as a Loss Prevention Manager, preferably in thehospitality industry.
至少10年防損經理工作經驗，最好是在酒店行業(yè)。
??????? Prior working experiencein the Police Force would be a definite advantage.
先前在警察/武警部隊的工作經驗將是一個絕對的優(yōu)勢。
??Pre-opening resort experience as a department headis required.
作為部門主管，度假村籌備開業(yè)經歷是必備的資質。
??Hold a national-certified fire-life safetycertificate and/or First-Aid certificate is big plus.
持有國家認證的消防生命安全證書和/或急救證書是一大優(yōu)勢。
