Maximize rooms sales and Resort revenueinassociation with Sales and Marketing through Inventory Control and otherrevenuegenerating departments to meet or exceed the budgeted segment roomrevenue andoccupancy for the Resort while delivering customer service in linewith Capellabrand standards; maximize the team productivity through the use ofmultipleskill e.g. telephone communication skill and Reservation System andschedulingto meet the financial goals of the business as well as theexpectations ofResidents. Maximize sales opportunities and grow business sharefrom domestic,national and international leisure business by cross selling forCapella.

TheRole 崗位職責:
1.Administerthe loading of all new rates into the relevant reservation systems, includingtesting and deployment.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

2.Leveragethe communication with Rooms on checking room-type availability to maximizerooms sales, yield and average room rate through upselling and other inventoryand rate management initiatives.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

7.Manageall proposal and contract process from initial enquiry, quotation, negotiationtill contract stage for all group business markets; manage all inquiries withan immediate acknowledgement and followed by turnaround for proposals andquotes within 24 hours.????????????????????????????

13.Coordinatewith Resort Operations team to ensure the Residents expectations are fullycommunicated to ensure the delivery of the stay experience exceeds the Resident’svision effectively and efficiently. TalentProfile任職資格:
1.High School and above

2.Approximately 2-3 years’ experience asSupervisor/Line Colleague
