MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :
Toensure the professional attitude of all HC staff and? provide the best in Guest Service thatexceeds Guest expectations. To maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygienethroughout the facility. Maintain all equipment in proper working and goodworking condition.
確保所有健身中心的員工以專業(yè)的態(tài)度向客人提供最好的服務(wù)。保持各種設(shè)備的清潔衛(wèi)生。維持所有設(shè)備的正常運作。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務(wù) :
1.?Report on a regular basis to DOR on theperformance of against budgets, sales and profit projections. Analyze Variancesand monitor the impact of initiatives and corrective actions.
定期向房務(wù)總監(jiān)匯報健身房的預(yù)算,銷售和收益情況。根據(jù)分析的情況和影響作出更改。
2.?Responsible for sales to guests / members andany actions taken by the incumbent that can impact on volume of business
負責(zé)健身中心會員的銷售,爭取更多的生意。
3.?Responsible for all major operating expensesand has the capacities to set margins and manage the business against profitprojections.
負責(zé)所有用于經(jīng)營的花費,制定管理所需的目標(biāo),達到預(yù)期收益
4.?Daily briefing to clarify and inform dailyoperational events and activities.
召開每日部門會議明確、通告每天的工作。
5.?To be responsible for overall operation of theHealth Club which include the swimming pool, sauna, locker facilities and poolbar.
負責(zé)健身中心的運營包括游泳池、桑拿、更衣室設(shè)備和吧臺。
6.??Ensure the safety and security of all guestsand fellow associates in order to provide a proper safe working area.
所有員工要確??腿撕屯碌陌踩峁┮粋€安全的工作區(qū)域。
7.?To direct and supervise the staff of the HCduring their shift operation.
指導(dǎo)監(jiān)管健身中心員工的日常工作。
8.?Provides constant feedback to hotel managementand department heads concerning service issues, including guest / member’sdesires, complaints and comments.
提供給酒店管理層和其他部門對酒店客人所關(guān)注的服務(wù)問題,客戶需求和意見等。
9.?Give direction and be responsible for theimplementation of plans
制定部門計劃和指引方針。
10. Recommendchanges to the product and services. Use market research to develop newproducts and services.
對產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)做出變化。利用對市場的調(diào)查開發(fā)新的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
11. Resolvecustomer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customersatisfaction and quality.
解決客人的問題,保證客人的滿意度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
12. To assistall guest in exercise and /or weight training.
幫助客人進行體育鍛煉和體重訓(xùn)練
13. Tocoordinate training activities on a weekly, monthly schedule. Ensure all staffwell trained on all emergency situations and are prepared for any fireevacuations
參與每周和每月的培訓(xùn)。確保所有員工受到緊急情況處理程序的培訓(xùn)并對火警疏散做好準(zhǔn)備。
14. To superviseand? monitor the hygiene level ofSwimming pool and Jacuzzi.
監(jiān)督檢測泳池和按摩池的衛(wèi)生情況。
15. Be fullyfamiliar with all subordinates Job Description.
熟知所有下屬的職責(zé)概況。
16. Log andreport all security incidents and accidents in accordance to hotelrequirements.
按照酒店要求記錄、報告安全事故。
17. Makesuggestions and provide ideas to improve guest service.
為提高對客服務(wù)提供建議。
18. Work closelywith other sections and department to share information that will mutuallyassist all department to ensure proper guest delivery of services on aconsistent basis.
和其他部門緊密合作并分享信息以確保向客人提供持久的服務(wù)。
19. Assist andcooperate with managing special functions in poolside with F&B.
協(xié)助餐飲部提供泳池邊的特殊服務(wù)。
