According to service concept of focus on guest, arrange the duty roster for associates.

Coordinating with guest request, conducting assignment for associate in the operation.
負責協(xié)調(diào)客人的要求,指導和協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)員的工作。
Ensure associate know the activities and operation policy on daily briefing, make record and tracking.
確保員工知曉酒店的活動和運作要求,并記錄在值班日記上以便進一步跟蹤調(diào)查
Supervision equipment and facility on work, service standard, stork inventory and safety procedure.
監(jiān)督服務(wù)設(shè)備的維護 監(jiān)督客人服務(wù)和設(shè)施的標準 控制庫存和監(jiān)督安全程序
Arrangement training schedule for trainee or junior associate on duty, and report to management.
保證所有新來的實習生和服務(wù)員在工作的同時,得到持續(xù)的和適當?shù)墓芾砗团嘤?。定期向?jīng)理匯報。
任職要求
Good menu and food knowledge Good beverage knowledge
良好的菜單和餐飲知識
Good knowledge of beverage service skills
良好的酒水服務(wù)知識和技能
Experience with the similar position for minimum of 3 years in a 5 Star Hotel.
3-5年五星酒店同等崗位經(jīng)驗。
College Certificate, Technical course in F&B management.
大專及以上學歷,餐飲相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written)
熟練的中英文說寫能力。
Positive attitude under pressure
積極主動,能承受壓力。
