To fax folio to guest and travel agent in the next working day. 于下一工作日將賬單傳真給客人和旅行社。 3. To post the invoices with Statement of Account on a weekly basis. 每周錄入發(fā)票和對(duì)賬單。 4. To send the first Reminder for account outstanding over 30 days. To send 2nd reminder 7 days after the first reminder and to send the 3rd reminder 7 days after the 2nd reminder. 如賬款逾期30天未付,寄出第一封催款函。第一封催款函寄出7天后,寄出第二封催款函,并在第二封催款函寄出7天后,寄出第三封催款函。 5. To forward the overdue accounts to Financial Controller for immediate recovery action. 將逾期未付賬款轉(zhuǎn)給財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)以立即采取追款行動(dòng)。 6. To control, record, post to Opera, and balance all Advance Deposits. 管理、記錄所有預(yù)付款,錄入Opera系統(tǒng)并作結(jié)算。 7. To respond to guests’ or travel agents’ queries and account disputes. In case of a rebate, a rebate voucher will be issued by Income Auditor and approved by FC. 處理客人或旅行社的詢問(wèn)和賬目糾紛。如有減免單,由收入審計(jì)開(kāi)具減免單憑據(jù)并取得財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)的批準(zhǔn)。 8. To prepare the amended guest folio after the adjustments made in Opera.     Front Office Manager About the role: Manages the staff at the Front Desk. Directs all activities of the Asst. Front Office Managers and the Night Manager to ensure communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests or special requirements. Interviews, trains and schedules the staff. Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed. Reviews and monitors schedules of staff in other department of responsibility. Monitors their activities to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are being met. Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone. Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements. Blocks rooms for arrivals and ensures any discrepancies are resolved. Reviews daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups. Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. When taking a shift at the desk, follows up on credit problems. Reviews all paid-outs, rebates, Petty Cash disbursements and Direct Billings. Checks cashiers’ work at end of shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled with proper approvals and endorsements. Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Checks guest in and out in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged. Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest room. Issues correct keys to the guest. Checks out guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest. Settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction. Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Concierge, Bell Staff, Door Staff, Valet Parking. Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service. Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests. What you bring: Five years senior leadership experience in Front Desk management in hotel industry Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience Solid and clear communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal and external customers High proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Expected to be a culture carrier, has strong communication, problem solving, planning, organizing and influencing skills What we offer:?     崗位職責(zé): 1. 參與游艇俱樂(lè)部項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃工作,根據(jù)俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)營(yíng)要求提出專業(yè)意見(jiàn),確保項(xiàng)目投入使用后的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 2. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)制定俱樂(lè)部年度業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)及經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略, 并對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。 3. 推動(dòng)制定年度整體營(yíng)銷策劃方案,進(jìn)一步深度激活會(huì)員體系。 4. 負(fù)責(zé)俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)營(yíng)各項(xiàng)工作的開(kāi)展,監(jiān)督、控制整個(gè)實(shí)施過(guò)程。 5. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)建立俱樂(lè)部組織體系和業(yè)務(wù)體系,不斷優(yōu)化俱樂(lè)部的人力資源配置,持續(xù)提升組織能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)俱樂(lè)部短期和長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理目標(biāo)。 6. 負(fù)責(zé)制定俱樂(lè)部業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向,有效結(jié)合現(xiàn)有資源,發(fā)掘市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)俱樂(lè)部業(yè)務(wù)和投資回報(bào)的快速增長(zhǎng)。 任職要求: 1. 大學(xué)本科統(tǒng)招或以上學(xué)歷; 2.?五年以上酒店總經(jīng)理(或快捷酒店店長(zhǎng))全面管理經(jīng)驗(yàn). 熟悉酒店管理,重學(xué)習(xí)、求發(fā)展、能創(chuàng)新
