    崗位職責(zé): 財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理(酒店板塊)的主要職責(zé)是負(fù)責(zé)湯泉財(cái)務(wù)部門的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理。具體職責(zé)如下: 1. 負(fù)責(zé)編制、執(zhí)行和監(jiān)督酒店財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算,確保酒店財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和合規(guī)性; 2.管理和監(jiān)督湯泉各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)收支,處理和管理公司之間的財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算; 3. 負(fù)責(zé)公司賬目的核對(duì)、記錄和及時(shí)處理,處理公司的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表; 4.管理酒店的銀行賬戶,處理銀行對(duì)賬和結(jié)算; 5.負(fù)責(zé)制定、執(zhí)行和監(jiān)督酒店的財(cái)務(wù)管理制度,確保財(cái)務(wù)管理的規(guī)范性和有效性; 6.參與公司的物資采購(gòu)和成本控制,協(xié)助制定預(yù)算和財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃; 7.完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作,配合公司其他部門的運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理工作。 任職要求: 1.本科以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景,3年以上酒店財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 2.熟悉財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則、稅法等相關(guān)法規(guī),具備較強(qiáng)的財(cái)務(wù)分析能力; 3.具備較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠有效地與財(cái)務(wù)部門及公司其他部門的同事進(jìn)行溝通; 4.熟練掌握財(cái)務(wù)軟件,如金蝶、用友等,具備熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力; 5.具有較強(qiáng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),熟悉公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和控制; 6.具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,能夠履行好部門職責(zé),與同事保持良好的合作關(guān)系。

Any deviations from the policy must be immediately reported to the General Manager. Conduct face-to-face meetings with suppliers to gather information on required items and handle subsequent communications and procurement negotiations. Determine suppliers and pricing to ensure the best quality and cost. Select suppliers impartially based on cost, ability to meet product specifications, operational efficiency and quality, the ability to deliver on time as required, and the capability to source goods locally to avoid long delivery times. Establish and maintain a list of approved suppliers. Regularly review contract supplies to ensure prices remain competitive. Keep abreast of competitor pricing for similar products by regularly surveying marketing price lists. Ensure market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef and Cost Control. Communication and Reporting: Organize the necessary procedures, liaise with department heads, directors, finance, and the General Manager to reduce the incidence of last-minute orders. Suggest possible improvements in purchasing processes and control procedures to the management, which would contribute to achieving good value in purchasing costs and maintaining safe inventory levels. Based on work experience, recommend better solutions for purchase orders to the operations team. Modify procedures to balance user and financial needs. Job Requirements: A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written). Customer-focused and detail-oriented. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills. A college or university degree.
