Key Result Areas 主要職責(zé):
A. Group HR-Operations集團(tuán)人力資源部運(yùn)營
1. Develop and manage HR policies and procedures in line with corporate standards.
建立并管理人力資源政策與程序與集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)保持一致。
2. Prepare all local contracts and benefit schedules as per group standards and follow up with any queries this includes tracking of duration of GM/Hotel EXCOM contracts and to raise to Group HR.
按照集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)備所有的本地合同及福利計(jì)劃,并跟進(jìn)相關(guān)的問題。這包括跟進(jìn)總經(jīng)理/酒店行政委員會(huì)成員的合同期,并遞交給集團(tuán)人力資源部。
3. Provide advice to the management team and associates on BTHR HR policies and group standards.
給酒店及員工提供人力資源政策及集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建議。
4. Provide HR administration support e.g. investigate associates’ grievances, explaining policies to property HR associates etc.
提供人力資源行政事務(wù)的支持,如員工申述調(diào)查,給酒店的員工解釋人力資源政策等。
5. Assess organizational development needs & appropriately identify development activities that will support the growth of local resources in order to improve the overall efficiency & capability of the resources for business success.
評(píng)估組織發(fā)展需求及適當(dāng)?shù)耐桨l(fā)展活動(dòng)來支持本地資源的發(fā)展,從而為營運(yùn)的成功全面提高項(xiàng)目資源的有效性及可行性。
6. Implement procedures & practices in Yunnan that encourage a high performing culture to ensure the Yunnan properties optimize its human resources for business success.
執(zhí)行政策與程序,從而建立一個(gè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文化確保項(xiàng)目為業(yè)務(wù)成功執(zhí)行人力資源最優(yōu)化。
7. Work with Group HR in the recruitment of key positions for Property. This includes conducting reference checks and any other pre-employment verification required.
與集團(tuán)人力資源部緊密配合,負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵人員的招聘。這包括完成背景調(diào)查及任何其它籌建期要求的審核項(xiàng)目。
8. Ensure our property are in full compliance with all Group HR policies.
確保酒店完全按照集團(tuán)人力資源政策執(zhí)行。
9. Maintains efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
在部門內(nèi)部保持有效的行政管理,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)備及遞交運(yùn)營報(bào)告。
10. Special projects / ad-hoc assignments as and well assigned.
特別項(xiàng)目/工作安排。
B. Benefits & Administration福利與行政
1. Review internal and external compensation & benefits market data, including relativities, in order to ensure our properties remain competitive in the market place & are able to attract & retain personnel.
回顧當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)內(nèi)部及外部的薪酬福利,包括相關(guān)性,以確保我們的酒店在市場(chǎng)上有競爭力及可以吸引和保留人才。
2. Research and undertake regular local salary review / surveys such as Associate Benefits Survey etc.
調(diào)查及負(fù)責(zé)定期的當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)薪酬調(diào)查及回顧,如員工福利調(diào)查等。
3. Oversee or work with Financial Controller on the centralized payroll for properties.
與財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)一起監(jiān)督酒店的薪資管理。
4. Annual Salary Review (summarize submissions etc.) for hotel EXCOM.
給酒店行政委員會(huì)提供年度薪資回顧(總述意見書等)。
