The Food & Beverage supervisor’s main responsibility is to promote team work and developing loyalty people by leading, supporting and coaching all service colleagues during preparation, service and after service. They represent the restaurant, the Resort and Capella Hotel brand and must be impeccably groomed with good posture and competent communications skills. The supervisor shall not only know the products and services the restaurant provides but also shall be able to answer any question the guest may have about other restaurants and the Resort.

The Role:

Reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and represents in absence.

Provide functional assistance and direction to the F&B operation as assigned.

Assists the Manager, Restaurant in maximizing profitability by enhancing sales, control cost and preparing annual operating budget.

Co-ordinate functions and activities with all Resort department heads.

Takes ownership on all assets, controls, reports breakage and losses in the restaurant, reports them to Manager, Restaurant and collaborates with respective departments on future preventive measures.

Approximately 2-3 years’ experience as Bar Supervisor of Captain??
