    工作地址:上海市閔行區(qū)華漕鎮(zhèn)金豐路555弄(可接受距離再投遞~) 全額交金、做五休二、有食堂、有加班費/調(diào)休假 本職位要求在餐廳服務(wù)的服務(wù)人員能為客人提供有效率以及專業(yè)的服務(wù),在符合國際服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下保證向客人提供周到的服務(wù),令客人感到舒適滿意。 崗位職責(zé): 1.熟悉掌握菜單并可以自如地向客人做以介紹,并根據(jù)客人的不同國籍,推薦菜單上的食品; 2.理解健康食品,并可以向客人提出合理的建議; 3.熟練正確地指出自助餐臺上的食品;保證自助餐臺的整潔; 4.達(dá)到TBS要求的產(chǎn)品知識水平,并根據(jù)TBS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,完成餐廳對客服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)備工作; 5.遵守工作程序,確保餐廳根據(jù)早、中、晚餐以及客人的要求正確擺臺,包括擺臺、自助餐臺的準(zhǔn)備工作,各種服務(wù)設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備就緒。以及確保已從當(dāng)班主管處了解到本次活動各項細(xì)節(jié)。 6.保證各種設(shè)備設(shè)施的清潔,隨時可以對客服務(wù)。 7.按照主管或經(jīng)理的要求,協(xié)助飲料服務(wù)員及廚房員工。 8.微笑迎接客人,協(xié)助客人存放外套及背包并作自我介紹。 9.所有客人都需被引至桌旁,并詢問就座吸煙區(qū)或非吸煙區(qū)。 10.確??腿司妥蟮膬煞昼妰?nèi)提供飲料,隨后提供食品菜單。 11.確保所有服務(wù)都符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在對所有客人的服務(wù)中盡到職責(zé)。 12.確保詢問客人的飲料是否續(xù)杯,保證不發(fā)生空杯的情況。 13.滿足客人要求,如果不能滿足,提供客人另外的選擇。 14.在服務(wù)每道菜之前,為客人準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的餐具。 15.服務(wù)后詢問其是否滿意,并詢問客人是否有其他需要。 16.滿足客人的各項要求,如不能馬上答復(fù)客人,請與經(jīng)理聯(lián)系。 17.經(jīng)過餐桌時需要確認(rèn)客人是否有任何需要。 18.在客人進(jìn)入或離開餐廳是都抱以微笑與問候,無論其是否在自己的服務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)。 19.確保達(dá)到TBS檢查表中涉及的各項標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以TBS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基本準(zhǔn)則處理客人投訴。 20.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行服務(wù)程序,確保所有服務(wù)設(shè)施的清潔與完備。 21.在客人用餐接近尾聲的時候,詢問客人對用餐是否滿意。 22.在客人結(jié)帳時,賬單要與客人滿意程度調(diào)查及其他宣傳單一起放在賬單夾中。 23.幫客人取回外套及背包,感謝客人的光臨并祝愉快。 24.理解相關(guān)OH&S法規(guī),并在餐廳的日常運營中執(zhí)行。 25.在服務(wù)過程中確保嚴(yán)格遵守衛(wèi)生及安全守則。 26.向上一級主管或經(jīng)理匯報發(fā)生的任何事故。 27.協(xié)助指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)下級員工及新員工。 28.餐飲部的工作使命在所有員工當(dāng)中被建立并貫徹。 29.完成任何其他合理的職責(zé)和被指派的職責(zé)。 任職資格: 高中及以上學(xué)歷,三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,持健康證; 具備良好的英語點單、交流能力; 有五星級酒店、高檔會所或高級別餐廳行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者和開業(yè)酒店經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 具備高度的客戶服務(wù)意識及積極的工作態(tài)度,做好本職工作,并且主動解決問題,能夠始終清晰的與客人或同事進(jìn)行交流; 具備良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神,通過合作及對同事工作的支持達(dá)到團(tuán)隊的共同目標(biāo); 具備良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技能,分析技能,演示技能,培訓(xùn)管理技能,組織有序,大型培訓(xùn)會控場能力;

    SERVICE AND ORGANIZATION ? Guarantee the application of standards and ensure an optimal customer experience ? Apply and enforce the restaurant manager's organization ?
