Assists to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel’s guest rooms and floors.?

Assign tasks and responsibilities to room attendants, and inspect the work completed by the attendant.
報告不好的客人意見及損耗事項。
Report negative customer feedback and loss issues.

Ensure that housekeeping staff maintain good working relationships with other departments in their work.
