Scope of Position
The Telephone Operator is responsible for the overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests with a warm, sincere voice and recognizing and anticipating individual guest needs while ensuring a complete follow up.
The Telephone Operator will be responsible for informing callers regarding the hotel, taking care of guest requests, and resolving guest issues to the guest satisfaction.
Telephone Operators work very closely with all departments in the hotel.
Requirements
University Graduate
2 years Shanghai telephone operator experience
Excellent overall communication skills
Able to multi task
The ability to work well in a team environment
Basic Hotel operation knowledge
Must possess a good verbal command of the English and Mandarin Language
