Scope of Position The scope of this position is the practical application of security measures ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, clients, patrons, contractors, visitors and colleagues as well as protection of the Company’s property from loss or damage. The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment to enable the Company to maximise profit potential. He/She maintains all Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai standards to the highest level, delivering a prompt and courteous service at all times. The Security Officer assists the Security Manager in all aspects of the Security Department and in the absence of the Security Manager undertakes responsibilities as directed. He/She will drive guest and employee satisfaction throughout the total hotel. 主要職責(zé)： 1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保安員每日的工作。 2.為保安員安排酒店巡邏和輪崗。 3.控制保安員并確保他們所做的都是按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程進(jìn)行的。 4.將每日活動(dòng)和情況記錄在保安部日志中。 5.觀察并注意監(jiān)控室，有任何安全警報(bào)給出直接回應(yīng)。 6.當(dāng)遇到突發(fā)事件時(shí)，及時(shí)做好突發(fā)事件報(bào)告。

Achieve the Loss Prevention worked by Supervisor. If find the suspicious situation in CCTV camera, respond immediately and report to Captain without delay. Pay more attention to the variety trends demonstrated in CCTV. If finding stealing, fire alarm and the other hidden trouble, CCTV employee should record in detail. 完成主管分配的任務(wù)。如在攝相設(shè)備中發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑情況，需立即做出反應(yīng)，并報(bào)告給領(lǐng)班。密切關(guān)注CCTV中各種鏡像的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。如發(fā)現(xiàn)偷盜，火警，或其它隱患，CCTV的員工須做詳細(xì)的記錄。
