MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責   Assist the duty engineer. In charge of the checking in and evaluation. Convey and allocate the work order. 協(xié)助值班工程師工作，對本班組進行工作考勤、考績，根據(jù)值班工程師的意見進行工作，調配、傳達工作指令。   Assist in the departmental annual expense budget, including equipment, material and parts etc. 協(xié)助制訂工程部全年的開支預算，包括工程器材、材料及零件等。   Assist in establish the maintenance and checking procedure on Enginnering. 協(xié)助制訂工程相關部分維修及檢查程序。   In charge of the statistical data of energy consumption, material consumption and expenses. Report to duty engineer on the basis of energy and expense saving. 負責根據(jù)能耗、物耗和開支統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)做出分析報告，突出節(jié)能、節(jié)支建議，報告值班工程師。   Establish and safeguard the files of equipment maintenance. Check the equipment and report the data statistics on time. 建立并保管設備檢修、保養(yǎng)的資料檔案，及時檢查各種設備運行的報表數(shù)據(jù)，定期整理上報。   Complete the work assigned by duty engineer and report to the engineer on time. 及時完成值班工程師交辦的各項任務，完成后及時匯報。   In charge of the operation and maintenance of specified equipment. 負責對指定設備的正常運行和維修保養(yǎng)。   Prepare the work plan and distribute the maintenance work for you group members. 為本班組員工做準備工作計劃及分配維修保養(yǎng)工作。   Track the corresponding maintenance item. 對所屬維修項目進行追蹤檢查。   Operate the equipment according to operation rules and working procedure. 根據(jù)操作制度和工作程序操作相關設備。   Care for the work and lives of the employee. Advocate and develop the team work spirits among the staff. 關心員工工作、生活和學習，深入了解員工的思想狀況，積極倡導和培養(yǎng)員工之間和班組之間的團結協(xié)作精神。   Safety and fire prevention work. 做好安全及防火工作。   Observe safety rules and discipline. 遵守安全操作規(guī)程及規(guī)章制度。   Comply with all Kempinski company policies. 遵守凱賓斯基公司政策。 Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel. 其他職責和任務會視酒店和業(yè)務需要隨時增加。
