The Role 崗位職責:
1.Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures

2.Assists the Human Resource Director, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Goals Programme

3.Ensures clear lines of communication exist to disseminate information affecting employer - employee relations, colleague activities and hotel policies and programmes

4.Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies

5.Monitors the administration of the Performance Appraisal Programme and acts in an advisory capacity to hotel department heads on the process

6.Ensures all staff are aware of company benefits and make these available

7.Contributes towards colleague activities as directed

Talent Profile任職資格:
Bachelor degree and above
本科學歷及以上
Approximately 2-3 years’ experience for same position
2-3年及以上相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗
Proficient in English
