1.Responsible to assist the Hotel Manager in the management of all aspects of the Beverage & Food functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective managers and staff. Assists and supports all Food & Beverage outlets and banquets for Management and Leadership assistance.

2.Ability to direct performance of food & beverage management and staff, and follow up with corrections where needed.

3.Directs the activities of the Food & Beverage Department to maintain and improve productivity, service quality, product quality, creativity and merchandising to increase quality, volume, sales and profits.

4.Maintains effective communication on the activities of the department with Beverage & Food Director and all concerned departments in order to provide the best personal service to the guest

5.Establishes policies and processes with management for the operation of all food & beverage-related areas to achieve productive and profitable results.

6.Assists to establish and achieve objectives and desired standards in guest satisfaction, customer service, food, sanitation, creativity and promotions.

8.Monitor guest reactions and confer frequently with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
