Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作職責(zé)(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures.? Coordinates with all departments in the?Hotel.
為部門提供相關(guān)支持和職能協(xié)助;在酒店和當(dāng)?shù)卣呒俺绦蛟试S的范圍內(nèi)與客人進(jìn)行互動(dòng)。與酒店各部門進(jìn)行工作方面的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)。
Requirements 任職資格:
1. University bachelor's degree and above, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)秀的中英文書面和口頭表達(dá)能力。
2. To assist and support the Front Services Manager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
協(xié)助和支持前廳部經(jīng)理以最高效和有效的方式提供最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù),同時(shí)積極保持并盡可能提高營業(yè)額和盈利能力。
3. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
4. Ability to use related computer systems.
能夠使用相關(guān)的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)。
Experiences 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
Min 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury or international chain hotels.
2年以上豪華或國際連鎖酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
