KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責(zé)
1、Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee for review
分析酒店整體的和各部門(mén)的培訓(xùn)需求,針對(duì)需求制定策略,用培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃書(shū)的形式呈交給總經(jīng)理和行政委員會(huì)審閱。
2、Familiarize yourself with the ?Training Standards, localizing where necessary
使自己了解酒店培訓(xùn)的規(guī)范,必要之處進(jìn)行本地化處理。
3、?Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:
確保在以下方面有效的執(zhí)行培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃:
1)?New Employee Orientation

2)?Train the Trainer

4、?Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department tot ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
監(jiān)督每個(gè)部門(mén)培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃的進(jìn)展,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)。
5、?Maintains all hotel training records
保存酒店全部的培訓(xùn)記錄。
6、?Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development
建立培訓(xùn)圖書(shū)館,配備書(shū)籍,錄像,記錄和視聽(tīng)資料來(lái)協(xié)助培訓(xùn)師的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃以及員工的個(gè)人發(fā)展。
7、?Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective
與部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起設(shè)計(jì)、制定和執(zhí)行能夠符合具體的部門(mén)要求的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,確保培訓(xùn)課程方案的制定,以及培訓(xùn)的有效性。

9、?Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly
協(xié)助部門(mén)培訓(xùn)師準(zhǔn)備和進(jìn)行部門(mén)培訓(xùn)并進(jìn)行評(píng)估。
10、Prepare and monitor training programs for:

11、Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training
與能夠協(xié)助提供高級(jí)或?qū)I(yè)培訓(xùn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)人士取得聯(lián)系。
12、Ensure that Department Heads abide by their responsibilities of employee training against departmental SOPs
確保部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)遵守自己的職責(zé)為員工提供有關(guān)部門(mén)規(guī)范程序的培訓(xùn)。
13、Liaise with other Training Managers to share experiences and resources
與酒店集團(tuán)的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理們保持聯(lián)系,交流經(jīng)驗(yàn),交換資源。
14、Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses同從事旅游服務(wù)和培訓(xùn)課程的教育機(jī)構(gòu)保持聯(lián)系。

15、Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials
更新培訓(xùn)資源和資料供應(yīng)商的信息和記錄。

16、Delivers briefings of all internal programmes to executive management and department heads
為行政管理層和部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供所有內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的介紹。
17、Contributes towards regional activities as directed by Regional Director of Human Resources / General Manager
按照地區(qū)人力資源總監(jiān)和總經(jīng)理的指示為本地區(qū)的工作效力。
18、Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Line Managers in line with company guidelines
為按照公司的指導(dǎo)方針進(jìn)行的正式的員工績(jī)效考核和鑒定提供建議。
19、Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
向員工提供工作指導(dǎo)、咨詢(xún),必要時(shí)對(duì)其進(jìn)行批評(píng)處分,并提供建設(shè)性反饋意見(jiàn)以便提高工作績(jī)效。

2、?Corporate certification in training programs may be required such as 360 Feedback Certification, GTC Registered Assessor, and Certified Assessment Center Assessor designations, etc.
