主要職責： （1）做好前廳后廚之間關于菜品出品的協(xié)調工作； （2）協(xié)助前廳主管,全面負責餐廳后臺的工作，把出品部成品輸送到餐廳，負責準備餐前小食、餐后清理、點數(shù)、核對工作； （3）熟悉各種菜肴所跟醬料，提前準備好各種汁醬及洗手盅； （4）負責監(jiān)控管理屬下地段公共衛(wèi)生，開餐前 15 分鐘要求搞一次衛(wèi)生； （5）與廚房做好協(xié)調、溝通工作。嚴把出品質量關,不符合質量標準的菜點嚴禁傳送至餐廳； （6）每日參加例會，根據訂單、訂臺布署任務； （7）負責督導員工送餐，嚴格按照送餐要求及送餐程序操作； （8）協(xié)助主管做好本部成本控制及設備設施保養(yǎng)、維護、更新； （9）控制好上菜順序、上菜時間、上菜速度餐后檢查所有電器關閉狀況，并拍照發(fā)在工作群內，做好收尾工作。
