督導(dǎo)管理員妥善保管員工公寓鑰匙,有效的管理鑰匙的分發(fā),回收和復(fù)制。
Ensures Associate Residence attendant
control, distribute, collect the keys of dormitory properly.

確保公寓使用的任何設(shè)備及時參加并通過當?shù)卣?國家的檢驗/審查。

管理員工活動室內(nèi)外設(shè)施,確保公寓管理員辦公室內(nèi)租用設(shè)施以及急救箱的補給和更新,與信息資訊部保持溝通以定期維護電腦加油站的設(shè)備。
Manage facility inside & outside of
recreation room, ensures first aids box & recreation tools in Associate
Residence sufficient and brand-new, keep close touch with IS department for
maintain the Associate Kiosk.

與工程部保持緊密溝通,積極協(xié)助經(jīng)由酒店工程部需要維修的設(shè)施設(shè)備。
Keep close touch with Engineering to assist
Engineering resolve defect of facility and equipment.

與保安部保持密切溝通,確保公寓區(qū)域內(nèi)的人身和財產(chǎn)安全。
Keep close touch with Security to ensure
security of personal and property.

與居住在員工公寓的其它企業(yè)的負責(zé)人保持聯(lián)系,確保其員工依照凱悅的標準使用和維持員工公寓內(nèi)、外之正常秩序(如:走廊、草場及外圍的清潔等)。
Keep close touch with key person from
outside unit who live in Associate Residence, ensure their associate can obey
Hyatt rules & regulations.

安排人員每月按時抄、報公寓水電記錄于財務(wù)部和業(yè)主方。
Arrange Associate Residence Attendant take
record of usage of water and electricity in Associate Residence, submit the
record to Finance and owner on time.

安排新進員工、員工調(diào)動、員工離職的公寓入住及退宿。
Handle check in & check out procedure
for new hire, transfer and resignation.

制定每月報表,并提交人力資源部總監(jiān),其內(nèi)容涵括:統(tǒng)計當月維修需求清單及當月費用花費。
Prepare monthly expense record and submit to
Director of Human Resources for approval.

制定每月報表,并提交人力資源部總監(jiān),其內(nèi)容涵括:當月居住情況統(tǒng)計表包括當月公寓變動情況,當月新入住員工和當月退宿員工,公寓違紀事件,每月活動信息表。
Prepare monthly record which includes
movement in Associate Residence, check in & check out Associate in the month,
disciplinary record and Associate activity information each month, then submit
to Director of Human Resources.

安排人員每月對固定資產(chǎn)自盤和協(xié)助財務(wù)部進行定期盤點工作。
Arrange dormitory attendant make an
inventory of equipment then assist Finance finish the checking.

Handbook to new hires. Collect the ones from resignation.

協(xié)助人事部經(jīng)理制定本部門下年度商業(yè)計劃,確保部門目標完全支持酒店目標。
Assist Personnel Manager to prepare Business
plan of next year, ensure goal the section and fully support the goal of hotel.

統(tǒng)計破損和預(yù)計公寓工程問題,確保有效的成本控制。
Statistic and preview defect problems in Associate
Residence, ensure cost control effectively.
