To ensure the professional attitude of all Fitness Center Staff and provide the best in Guest Service that exceeds Guest expectations. To maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Maintain all equipment in proper working and good working condition.

1.To be responsible for overall operation of the Fitness Center which includes the swimming Pool, Gym Room, locker facilities, Chess Room.
負責健身中心的運營包括游泳池、健身房、更衣室設備、棋牌室。
2. To be very familiar and train all staff on Hygienic requirements set by both local government and The Marriott standards.
熟悉當地政府和萬豪的衛(wèi)生標準并按要求對員工進行培訓
3. Control the expense and cost of equipment maintenance and supplies for the Fitness Center within the budget amount.
將健身中心設備和其他物品的花費控制在預算之內
4. Ensure all areas of the Fitness Center are well maintained to avoid any safety concerns for both Guests and Associates.
確保健身中心區(qū)域被很好地維護并避免對客人和員工會造成隱患的安全問題
職位要求:
Min. 1 Years experience in a supervisory role in a Health Club or Health Club preferably in a hotel environment.
至少一年酒店的健康俱樂部或健身中心的管理工作經驗
Good Guest relations skills
