The Role崗位職責(zé):
Be familiar with menus, foodrecipes and other aspects to recommend various foods and beverages to guests.

Interact and engage with guests and maintains high quality service standards
與客人互動(dòng)并保持高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Support the daily operation in collaboration withthe restaurant supervisors, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, etc
與餐廳主管合作并支持日常運(yùn)營(yíng),協(xié)助完成月度預(yù)測(cè)、周計(jì)劃等工作
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
有效和專業(yè)地處理客人的投訴
Talent Profile 崗位資質(zhì):
Preferably has experience working in eithera luxury restaurant or luxury hotel background
有豪華餐廳或五星級(jí)酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Master fundamental knowledge of food and beverages and be skilled in service
掌握必需的餐飲酒水知識(shí),有一定的服務(wù)技能
Has a passion for Food & Beverage

Basic English Skills
