Responsible for the daily operation of the department, ensure the stability and standard of operation, comply with all service procedures of the lounge, cultivate high quality staff and maintain staff resources.
負(fù)責(zé)部門每日的運(yùn)營,確保運(yùn)作的穩(wěn)定及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),遵守酒廊所有的服務(wù)工作程序,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的員工,維護(hù)員工資源。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS?
職位要求
Good skills of the English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages. Preferably foreign language ability.
具有良好的溝通技巧及中英文的讀寫能力,更希望具有多國語言能力。
Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times.
有良好的服務(wù)意識,在任何時候都能夠適應(yīng)四季的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和理念。
Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system.
良好的知識量儲備,熟知Opera系統(tǒng)的操作。
