Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作職責(zé)(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
Under the direction of the outlet manager and team, assist in daily operation. To provide supervision of the departments, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with management policy. To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems, and to solve the complaints to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
遵循并協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理的日常運營,對部門運營員工進行全面的監(jiān)督,確保標準和服務(wù)與酒店的管理政策嚴格地保持一致。能夠準確的回答并且解決客人的問題, 隨時處理客人投訴確保客人的滿意度。

Requirements 任職資格:
Junior college or above, good written and oral communication skills in English and excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
大專及以上學(xué)歷,良好的英語書面和口頭溝通能力,優(yōu)秀的中文書面和口頭溝通能力。

Experiences 經(jīng)驗要求:
Min 3 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel.
3年以上豪華酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
