Assists in the department budget development.Monitors food, beverages, and labor budgets.

Hires, trains, disciplines, manages, andschedules colleagues under Food & Beverage.
Conducts training and refresher course forall F&B colleagues.

Work harmoniously and professionally withco-workers and supervisors.
