MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
The Quality Assurance & TrainingManager will assist SALT of Anji Director of Human Resources with all thetraining, development aspects and will ensure that the compliance with qualitystandards are maintained at all times at SALT of Anji.

The Quality Assurance & TrainingManager will work closely with SALT of Anji Hotel Manager and Director ofOperations to drive the overall Operations of SALT of Anji and Guests’experience to the next level whilst ensuring that all quantitative and qualitativetargets set related to Quality Assurance & Training of the Team Members aremet.

The Quality Assurance & TrainingManager will ensure that training on SALT Service Culture, Vision, Purpose& Values (VPV), Quality Assurance and Standard Operating Procedures aredelivered regularly to all Team Members.

The Quality Assurance & TrainingManager will actively participate in the development and implementation of theStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

The Quality Assurance & TrainingManager will be responsible to identify and assess the training needs of theTeam Members through yearly performance evaluations and Guests’ feedback aswell as implement successful training programs to ensure that Guestsatisfaction and operational objectives are achieved.

The Quality Assurance & TrainingManager will act as a quality catalyst for the hotel’s overall performance byproviding training and coaching as well as conducting workshops on Environment,Hygiene, Safety, Energy Management, Waste Management, Quality Circles in orderto develop awareness of quality services to Team Members.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS?教育背景資格
College?Degree?and above ,major in Hotel Management preferred
具有大專以上文化程度,最好是酒店管理專業(yè)
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
A minimum of 3 years of working experiencein Hospitality Industry and Quality Management or related field.
3年以上酒店及質(zhì)量管理或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
A minimum of 2 years of working experienceas Quality Assurance & Training Manager.
2年以上質(zhì)量保證和培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Skillful in Word, PowerPoint, and Excelprocessing
良好的辦公自動(dòng)化軟件知識(shí),包括Word、PowerPoint、Excel。
