1.Provide prompt,efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors.

2.Familiarizeyourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinentinformation in order to provide guest with accurate information.
熟悉酒店的設(shè)施、活動(dòng)、設(shè)備、服務(wù)和其它相關(guān)情況,以便向客人提供準(zhǔn)確信息。
3.Be knowledgeableabout all hotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests
熟知酒店所有設(shè)施,以便向客人進(jìn)行推銷
4.Conduct activitiesand services for guest, members and registered children while giving properinstruction and safety reminders
為客人、會(huì)員和已登記的兒童開展活動(dòng)與服務(wù),對(duì)其做相關(guān)說明并提醒其注意安全
5.?Coordinate the cleaning and maintenance team to ensure that the facilities and environment of the department are in optimal condition.
