    崗位職責(zé): 1、根據(jù)客戶的需求,結(jié)合旅游產(chǎn)品的特點和目的地的情況,制定合理的旅游行程,并確定預(yù)算、項目和費用等信息。 2、結(jié)合旅游節(jié)目、住宿和餐飲等方面的要求,制定詳細的行程安排包括交通安排、景點門票、酒店和餐廳預(yù)訂、娛樂活動等;并且需要有備選方案,以應(yīng)對突發(fā)情況。 3、需要根據(jù)旅游服務(wù)的各方面,與各服務(wù)商談判或協(xié)調(diào),安排實際旅游服務(wù)的細節(jié);還需在行程中進行必要的調(diào)整,協(xié)調(diào)客戶與服務(wù)商之間的關(guān)系。 4、維護好現(xiàn)有客戶資源,并開拓新的客戶渠道。 ?崗位要求:? 1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,有會務(wù)公司、公關(guān)公司、旅行社等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。 2、具有較強的語言和文字表達能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、抗壓能力。? 3、身體健康,儀表端正、心理素質(zhì)好、較強的抗壓能力。
