Toassist the Director of Housekeeping.? Tobe responsible for the operation?andadministration of the department, in the absence of the Director of?Housekeeping.

Toensure that the Housekeeping and Laundry/Valet Departments provide the?highest standards of excellence inproduct, physical atmosphere, and service.?

Beresponsible for the timely completion and posting of all schedules.? Monitor staffing to insure maximum service,quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Assist in therecruitment, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and motivating of

Inspectall public and back of house areas cleaned on a regular basis to help insure?maintenance of standards.?

Participate in the monitoring of cost management as it pertains to inventories,use of?supplies, labor and energy.

Being calm and patient and be of service passion.

Good oral communication skill in Chinese & English.

Basic English business writing skill
基本的商務(wù)英語寫作能力。
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
不少于兩年在四季酒店或國際五星級酒店同等職位工作經(jīng)驗。
