1.Sales Management.銷售管理:
- Implement all sales action plans relate to his/her zoning areas as outlined.擬定相關(guān)銷售計劃。
- Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.擬定銷售總監(jiān)審核的主要市場電話銷售計劃,致電潛在客戶并有針對性的進(jìn)行銷售。
- Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange an accompany clients on fam/site inspection tour.以直接郵件的方式提供市場變動的相關(guān)信息,包括競爭對手的趨勢等。安排和陪同客戶進(jìn)行酒店的免費(fèi)參觀住宿等行程。
2.Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.銷售目標(biāo):達(dá)到銷售目標(biāo)并保證與銷售計劃保持一致的高產(chǎn)量。
3.Sales Coverage: Corporate Segment, Government and Embassy.銷售范圍:公司合作,政府接待和大使館。
- Cover market segments as directed and assigned by DOS.覆蓋銷售總監(jiān)直接劃分的市場。
4.Sales Promotion.銷售促銷:
- Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts.促銷給予目標(biāo)客戶的相關(guān)促銷計劃。
5.Travel Agents/Airlines.旅行社/航空公司:
- Ensure good relationship for sales activities, promotions, FAM trips.與團(tuán)隊活動,促銷,參觀團(tuán)等保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
6.Reports & Returns.報告與反饋:
- Provide Feedback to DOS on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.將對市場相關(guān)信息的變化,競爭對手的趨勢和對市場的大致觀點(diǎn)提供給銷售總監(jiān)作為回饋意見。
7.Customer Relation: Maintain good contact with existing customers.客戶關(guān)系:與所有客戶保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
8.Competitors’ Activities.競爭對手動向:
- Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace, ensure our competitiveness at all time.保持對競爭對手市場動向得敏感度。
9.General Sales Agents旅行社:
- Maintain a strong working relation and make use of their expertise to maximize sales force and sales coverage in their responsible markets.與旅行社保持最緊密的工作關(guān)系并確保將銷售工作深入到客戶的相關(guān)市場。
崗位要求
1.Associate degree or above. 全日制大專(含)以上學(xué)歷。
2.Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience. 至少3年的酒店銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel. 必須有能力了解及影響酒店業(yè)的當(dāng)?shù)厥袌銮闆r。
4.A strong understanding of overall hotel business. 有很強(qiáng)的星級酒店市場及生意拓展理念。
5.Ability to communicate at all levels. 優(yōu)秀的與各個階層的溝通能力。
6.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. 始終保持良好和專業(yè)的形象。
7.Ability to train and develop new team members. 有能力培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展團(tuán)隊新成員。
