1.Sales Management.銷(xiāo)售管理:
- Implement all sales action plans relate to his/her zoning areas as outlined.擬定相關(guān)銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃。
- Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.擬定銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)審核的主要市場(chǎng)電話(huà)銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃,致電潛在客戶(hù)并有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售。
- Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange an accompany clients on fam/site inspection tour.以直接郵件的方式提供市場(chǎng)變動(dòng)的相關(guān)信息,包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的趨勢(shì)等。安排和陪同客戶(hù)進(jìn)行酒店的免費(fèi)參觀住宿等行程。
2.Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo):達(dá)到銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)并保證與銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃保持一致的高產(chǎn)量。
3.Sales Coverage: Corporate Segment, Government and Embassy.銷(xiāo)售范圍:公司合作,政府接待和大使館。
- Cover market segments as directed and assigned by DOS.覆蓋銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)直接劃分的市場(chǎng)。
4.Sales Promotion.銷(xiāo)售促銷(xiāo):
- Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts.促銷(xiāo)給予目標(biāo)客戶(hù)的相關(guān)促銷(xiāo)計(jì)劃。
5.Travel Agents/Airlines.旅行社/航空公司:
- Ensure good relationship for sales activities, promotions, FAM trips.與團(tuán)隊(duì)活動(dòng),促銷(xiāo),參觀團(tuán)等保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
6.Reports & Returns.報(bào)告與反饋:
- Provide Feedback to DOS on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.將對(duì)市場(chǎng)相關(guān)信息的變化,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的趨勢(shì)和對(duì)市場(chǎng)的大致觀點(diǎn)提供給銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)作為回饋意見(jiàn)。
7.Customer Relation: Maintain good contact with existing customers.客戶(hù)關(guān)系:與所有客戶(hù)保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
8.Competitors’ Activities.競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)向:
- Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace, ensure our competitiveness at all time.保持對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向得敏感度。
9.General Sales Agents旅行社:
- Maintain a strong working relation and make use of their expertise to maximize sales force and sales coverage in their responsible markets.與旅行社保持最緊密的工作關(guān)系并確保將銷(xiāo)售工作深入到客戶(hù)的相關(guān)市場(chǎng)。
崗位要求
1.Associate degree or above. 全日制大專(zhuān)(含)以上學(xué)歷。
2.Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience. 至少3年的酒店銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel. 必須有能力了解及影響酒店業(yè)的當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)情況。
4.A strong understanding of overall hotel business. 有很強(qiáng)的星級(jí)酒店市場(chǎng)及生意拓展理念。
5.Ability to communicate at all levels. 優(yōu)秀的與各個(gè)階層的溝通能力。
6.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. 始終保持良好和專(zhuān)業(yè)的形象。
7.Ability to train and develop new team members. 有能力培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展團(tuán)隊(duì)新成員。
